Making a difference sustains her

"Discovery Toys have been a part of my home and work life for the past 20 years. As an Occupational Therapist with special needs children and a mom of 4, I have loved and played with the classics as well as the new products with "all of my children". Discovery Toys provides me with the ability to give to children something that they may not get from another toy--educational value, durability, safety, skill development and opportunities to use their imagination! In fact, I had the chills with excitement to be able to help a relative find the perfect gift for a very special little boy in her life. The little boy had very limited use of his arms/hands and legs. Knowing the exceptional value and unique qualities of many of our products, I could not wait to show her what I had just for him. The Countdown Racer was the perfect gift! There is nothing like the feeling of being able to enable that little boy to play like his brothers with a really cool race car.
